Education

• Bachelor’s degree from a college or University.

Experience

• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in reinsurance
• Secure acceptable terms and conditions and place in accordance with client requirements.
• Handle the placement of large, mega and complex risks.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Business Development – Cedant Driven Business
• Maintain existing relationships with Cedants and Establish New relationships.
• Placement of cedant business to achieve target as per KPI signed.
• Fair distribution of work load between employees.
• Maintaining proper filing system.
• Set up proper systems for handover
• Proper reporting as requested by management on Daily / Weekly / Monthly,as needed.
• Follow direct managers instructions / management
