Middle East Insurance Review magazine (MEIR), one of the leading publications in the insurance industry for the Middle East and North Africa, held its 8^th annual award gala dinner virtually on Monday 25^th of October 2021 in celebration of The 8^th Middle East Insurance Industry Awards 2021 recognizing Insurance companies, industry leaders and specialists for their accomplishments. The MEIR Awards, independently audited by a global consulting firm, vetted its nominees into a range of 16 categories judged by a variety of leading industry veterans from within the MENA region.

Yolla El Khoury, CEO of ACE, was nominated & awarded the “Woman Leader of the Year” category award, an honorable recognition of her stature and role in a predominantly male-driven industry. Yolla was named “Woman Leader of the Year” for her dedication, leadership skills and distinctive experience that helped shape her perseverance and contribution to ACE and to the Insurance Industry as a whole. In accepting this Award Ms. Yolla El Khoury said “Being a female leader in the insurance industry has had its challenges but I am grateful for the recognition from the publication and my peers.
